These terms govern your use of MassageFind. By browsing the site or creating a provider account, you agree to them.

1. What we are

MassageFind is a directory of independent massage therapists in South Africa. We list providers and connect potential clients to them. We do not employ providers, deliver treatments, take bookings on their behalf, or process payments.

2. Provider listings

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, including services, prices, qualifications, and availability. We may remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Bookings and payments

Booking enquiries are sent directly to providers via WhatsApp or phone. Any agreement to provide services, including payment terms, is between the client and the provider. MassageFind is not a party to that agreement.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
• Do not scrape, copy, or republish listings without permission.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation.

5. No warranties

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy of listings or the quality of services offered by providers. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the site or from any service obtained through it.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or remove provider accounts that breach these terms or applicable law. Providers may close their account at any time by contacting us.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
